Investors registering investment of projects in Nhon Hoi

Investors registering investment of projects in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone and the industrial parks shall qualify the following conditions:
1. Legal status: Having the Establishment decision or Business Registration Certificate or other equivalent document thereof.
2. The investment projects are not on the list of the sectors with prohibited or restricted investments. The projects shall not adversely affect national security, culture, the society or cause serious environmental pollution in accordance with the law of Vietnam.
3. The total investment of the projects registered by the investors shall not be lower than the minimum investment prescribed by the People's Committee of Binh Dinh Province:
3.1. Nhon Hoi Economic Zone: Investments in Nhon Hoi Economic Zone: USD 1.5 million/ha. Investments in tourism areas: USD 0.5 million/ha.
3.2. The industrial zones (other than the Economic Zone) USD 0.6 million/ha.  
4. Having the financial capacity to meet the requirements of the projects:
4.1. In case of investments in functional areas of Nhon Hoi Economic Zone or being the investor of the IZ infrastructure: Capital owned by the investor shall be not less than 20% of the total investment of the projects for projects with less than 20 hectares of land and 15% for projects with 20 hectares of land or more.
- Paying deposits of investment commitment as follows:

-   Under VND 500 billion

2,0% of the total investment but not exceeding VND 07 billion

- From VND 500 billion or more

1,5% of the total investment but not exceeding VND 30 billion

- Where the site clearance of the projects has not been completed but the compensation for site clearance is higher than the deposit of investment commitment, investors shall continue to provide capital for site clearance. Such amount of capital shall be reimbursed by deducting land rent later on.
4.2. In case of land sub-lease in the industrial zones: Investors shall pay the rent for land sub-lease with the investor of infrastructure of each industrial zone.
